Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: Higher National Diploma or equivalent; any discipline;
    Experience: 3–5 years’ B2B sales experience, with at least 1 year’s team management experience (leading a team of 3–10 people);
    Performance: A track record of independently achieving annual sales of ≥3 million yuan or securing project contracts worth ≥1 million yuan;
    Skills:
    Ability to independently manage the entire sales cycle, from client development and negotiation through to tendering, contract signing and receivables collection;
    Proficient in using Office, CRM and common online meeting tools;
    Possess basic data analysis skills and be able to interpret financial statements and cost structures;
    Personal qualities: Results-oriented, able to work well under pressure, and willing to travel 5–10 days per month;
    Bonus points: Experience with industry client networks, channel recruitment, and online live streaming/community marketing;
    Salary: Base salary of 10k–15k + sales commission of 3–8% + annual bonus, totalling 20–35万;
